STRAIGHT CONVEYOR BELT WITH A LOW INFLEXION POINT

Material

• Steel with RAL 5019 paint by default (optionally the RAL colour of your choice).
• Stainless steel the entire surface shot blasted (optionally all stainless steel to include the bearings).

Structure

• U-shaped folded chassis with a lengthwise fold for the guide section, in 25/10ths steel.
• Face mounted bearing supports in 60/10ths steel
• Face mounted bearings with four Ø25 holes.
• Square cross section 40x40 mm feet (with levelling screws as standard).
• Fixed 25/10ths steel edges with 8 mm thick polyamide sealing parts.

Drive

• Reduction gear mounted on the shaft end with its reaction arm and an optional protective casing.
• Reduction gear position: on the right or left.
• Cold encased drive cylinder, Ø128 mm, flanged shaft and standardised keyway.
• Polyamide return cylinder, Ø120, mounted on a Ø25 shaft with rigid ball bearings.
• A Ø100 mm inflexion cylinder mounted on rigid ball bearings.
• Polyamide Ø50 mm supporting rollers mounted on rigid ball bearings.

Carrier belt: Choose from our range with K10 guidance section fitted longitudinally.

• Green, white, blue PU or PVC bands.
• Green, white or blue PU or PVC cleats, (30, 40, 50, 60 or 80mm sizes). The cleat pitch needs to be stated.
